I'm not sure what's wrong, but the video won't load for me. Any suggestions?

Sorry, can't help you with that one. It plays ok for me. It might be that you need to have some plugin installed to be able to view the videos on that website, and that you don't have it. But I'd have assumed that the website than detects that and lets you know.
