Of those three models, the santa was definitely the "hardest" (it's not that hard to fold, either). If you look at the diagrams for "Gonzo" you'll see it's quite an easy model to fold. Mostly, it's about shaping the model in the end, really. The wedge flexicube isn't that hard to fold either. Give it a try!
