It's a illusion that involves two ducks and one vampire duck.
The illusion is that the frame has cellophane on the back. What you see is one duck and one vampire, so that is appears that the duck is in front of a mirror, the vampire duck appears to have no inflection. What really gave it away was the Minotaur, in the background his horn and the light switches were both in the "Mirror.
Oh I see it now, I didn't notice the fangs because it was so small and I thought the background was just for "show". I also see(now looking carefully)that the beak is shaped differently. Also, how did you set up the illusion, did you make a smaller duck and put it behind?

Difference
What is the difference between the two ducks?
How to tell it's a vampire duck
Well, you can see two differences:
The vampire duck has small fangs. And no mirror image.
