I heard those papers use by Satoshi Kamiya are order from Michael LaFosse, I wonder how much he sell of his hand made paper, could you find out?

As to which paper Satoshi Kamiya uses, I think you are right in that he prefers Origamido paper. I've heard awesome stuff about it!
