Every year, people from all over the world meet in New York to fold paper.
One of the special events is the Oversized Folding, where teams form to fold a model from a 9 foot (2.75m) square of seamless photo backdrop paper.
This video shows a time lapse of that folding, as well as photos provided by Susan Dugan (group shot) and Andrew Cribb (individual team shots).
To join the fun, visit one of the future OrigamiUSA conventions! They usually take place on the last weekend of June (Friday to Monday). You can find out more about OrigamiUSA's conventions here
