At the CDO Convention 2009, I taught this apple by Shuzo Fujimoto. I'm pleased to say that it took us less time than expected (only half an hour), and everyone had a nicely folded model in the end. The bigger, orange apple is the one I folded to display which model I'd be teaching, and the smaller, red one shows the paper we used during the session.

are you going to make a video of this in february?

I'm not sure whether it will work in February. I first need to make that video on the Jack in the Box by Hugo Pereira, so the apple might move to March. I've simply been swamped with work, so I guess we'll just have to see how it works out. I'm hoping I'll find enough time to make these two videos before the end of February.

please make a video for this.. there is no diagram available that i could find and i would really love to make these apples

True true, diagrams are very hard to come by. That's one of the reasons why I really want to make a video on this model.
