what type of paper did you use for this bird?can it be used with paper of same hickness with copier paper?

Satoshi Kamiya folded these birds, so I don't know which kind of paper he used. I'm pretty sure it must have been much lighter than copy paper, though. For example, if you look at the claws, you'll see that it must have been paper that can be molded quite strongly even when working with many layers.

thank you very much and just one last question, do you know of what is the ideal size of the paper is?

25 cm is best, but I don't know about what type of paper should be used. Planning to fold it later today.

Kamiya-san stated in the introductory pages of the book that he used origamido from the studio by Richard Alexander and Michael Lafosse. Origamido is really, REALLY thin.
