Review of the paper used:
Paper used in this video: hexagon with a side length of 10.5 cm / diameter of 21 cm, Elephant Hide
Finished model: hexagon with a side length of 5.5 cm / diameter of 11 cm
Here, I fold a hexagonal sheet of Elephant Hide into the tessellation "1-Cube Exercise" designed by Alessandro Beber.
Diagrams can be found in the book "Origami New Worlds" by Alessandro Beber
The book includes videos showing how to fold the different techniques required for the models presented in the book.
Alessandro also has a YouTube channel: https://www.youtube....
Actual folding time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Music: "Rubix Cube" by Audionautix

1-cube time lapse
I have Alessandro’s new book, as well as a piece he folded. Is there any chance this video could be uploaded in real time?
I love your tutorials, but have an impossible time with diagrams.
Thank you so much,

good news, I'll upload the real-time version later on this month. Depending on interest, I might also make a tutorial.
Best wishes and happy folding,

I real time video would be fabulous. Just seeing how it is folded would be great.
