Truncated Icosahedron from PHiZZ Units (Tom Hull)

Phew, I've finished my truncated icosahedron from PHiZZ units. After figuring out how you could 3-colour a truncated icosahedron, I kind of wanted to give it a try. Now you know I'm not the biggest fan of modular origami, so making a 90-unit modular piece is no small feat for me. But here it is...

Paper: 90 square sheets with side length 2.85cm, Pacon paper (30 red, 30 pink, 30 white)
Model: sphere with diameter of 7cm

Hydrangea (Shuzo Fujimoto): Dreamy Paper

Deb, you are great! Yesterday I received a parcel with a selection of different papers, and a copy of Oru Volume #4.
Amongst the paper were some 15cm squares of "dreamy colour origami", which Deb suggested I use to fold a 5-stage hydrangea. She said I might be pleasantly surprised, and indeed I was! The colouring on the paper results in layers that have different colours.

Paper: 15cm square of kami
Model: 7.5cm by 7.5cm

Llopio's Moment of Truth (Neal Elias): Second Attempt

Designer:

I have to confess: it bothers me when others don't recognize my folds. And when the first comment on my previous attempt asked what the model was supposed to represent... well, I had to give it another go. Here's my second attempt, same paper, slightly smaller size. Hope this one's more up to the match.

Paper: 13.5cm x 38.25cm sheet of tissue foil
Model: 8cm long, 7cm high, 4cm deep
