I think this is an amazing model given that it was designed quite a while back. The book was first published in 1974, so the model must be at least as early as that.

I'm not quite happy with the result yet, but I want to get some different paper before I try again.

This model is still listed as one of the beginner's projects, but I did find it a bit more challenging than the previous ones. Also, I first folded it with transparent paper, and I didn't like the effect as much. And then there remains the question - which is back, and which is front?
